I can't tell you too much about it right now, but I assure you it's capabilities are revolutionary! Between the ZuneTouch and the ZunePhone Halographic, Microsoft will be back as the undisputed KING OF TECHNOLOGY!

Please, pick up your jaw and mop up over there Mr. Jobs!
ZuneTouch ... A whole new layer of Life!

I have to have one of these!
Layers? huh
Yeah, i want one of these.
My Current MP3: Zune V2
My Next MP3: ZuneTouch!
I remembered the name of TOG: Craig Mundie.
In any case, a ZuneTouch would be more realistic then a ZunePhone in terms of a new product from Microsoft.
Note: Blogger, unlike most sites I've seen since I've downloaded the IE8 beta, does not render perfectly in IE8. Sounds like Google needs to hop to it.
Actually its the Windows-Surface-Xbox-Zune-Live-Mobile. Here was one of the prototypes (http://kotaku.com/5019776/would-you-buy-this-portable-360). Note that they moved the Guide button, made it a dynamic Start/Guide button, introduced the multi-touch screen, adjusted D-Pad/Joystick positioning and size (making the D-Pad a dynamic Zune Wheel/D-Pad in the process; it being flattened really helped the design), added a microphone, cameras (better then the iPhone's btw), projector, and enhanced motion sensing (enhanced over the Zune), and some other enhancements I can't mention. The hardest part for engineering of course, is the battery and cooling; rumor right now is your gonna have to carry a 10-25 pound bag with it that connects via a tube, but the bag gets a basic Internet connection for slow data transfer, and has a WiFi antennae to increase range a hundredfold over the basic device (which runs in low power mode for basic Zune/Phone functionality).
